Thinking of trading PAYCOM?
- 1. Paycom pays attention to increasing shareholder value with share buyback initiatives. The organisation recently amended an in-progress share repurchase program by increasing allocated capital and extending the expiration date. These shareholder-friendly steps are proving worthy. 2. Seeing as Paycom Software's share price is quite volatile, this might mean that it can sink lower or go up even further in future, which gives investors another chance to invest another chance to invest. That is based on its high beta, a good indicator for how much the stock moves relative to the rest of the market.

1. Paycom Software's competition is increasing from companies such as Paylocity Holding Corporation , Intuit Inc. and Paychex, Inc.; this could ultimately lead to pricing pressure and effect Paycom's margins. 2. It is worth paying some attention to whether insiders are buying or selling shares. As insiders might sell their shares for any number of reasons, but they buy them for only one: they think the price will rise. In the last twelve months, the biggest single sale by an insider was when the Director, Robert Levenson, sold US$1.3m worth of shares at a price of US$145 per share. That means that an insider was selling shares at slightly below the current price. As a general rule, it is discouraging when insiders are selling below the current price, because it suggests they were happy with a lower valuation.
